What is included in each monthly package?
Each package includes scheduled pool sessions, instructor supervision, and access to facilities based on your tier. Progress and Competitive plans add technique feedback, assessments, and additional coaching support beyond the basics offered in the Starter plan.
Do prices include equipment?
Basic training aids like pool noodles, kickboards, and pull buoys are provided during sessions. Swimmers should bring their own swimsuit, cap, and goggles, which are not included in the listed pricing.
Can I switch between pricing plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or adjust your plan at the start of a new billing month. Contact our front desk in advance so we can update your schedule and confirm lane or class availability for the new package.
Is there a refund if my child misses classes?
Missed sessions can typically be rescheduled within the same month, subject to instructor availability. Refunds for unused sessions are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please speak with our staff about your specific situation.
Are there additional fees beyond the monthly price?
A one-time registration fee applies for new members to cover assessment and enrollment. Beyond that, the listed monthly pricing covers scheduled lessons with no hidden charges for standard program participation.
